Back in 2018 we sat down with Jack Muldowney from The Hop Review, a digital magazine that joined The Hop Culture family in March 2020, to discuss how we turned our passion for beer and commitment to a sustainable lifestyle into Chicago's 1st USDA-certified organic brewery. Hey, there are organic beer ingredients. So, why aren’t we brewing organic beer?’ So we took our first IPA recipe and switched it out with organic ingredients to see how it fared.
